Attempting to water the flowers

Well Jadon and I were ATTEMPTING to water the flowers.  I didn't really want him to get all wet because it was not a warm day.  After about 20 seconds we realized that was going to be an impossible task!

Jadon loves pretty much every and all food (all the time), but definitely has a particular fondness for sweets!  I was making cookies for a friend and decided that I should let Jadon try one.  He LOVED them!  Who doesn't?

OUR NEW HOME (Yipee!!!)

So here it is, our very own home: 3400 Setrok Drive Modesto, CA 95356.  All we can say is Praise the Lord.  It's a beautiful home, in a wonderful neighborhood, just over a mile from the church. It's a 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom home at 1477 sqft. with a fireplace and beautiful interior.  Recessed lighting throughout the house, and everything is in immaculate condition.  We'll post interior photos as soon as we can.  But here are some shots from the outside:

The yards front and back are in amazing condition, absolutely beautiful.  We have roses in the back.

Jadon and Spaghetti

You have to have that picture right?  The one with the nakie baby eating spaghetti.  The only problem we discovered is Jadon does not like spaghetti.  What kind of kind does not like spaghetti?  He likes everything... pesto, salmon, mexican food, rice, Everything!  And it was funny, when I took his tray off to clean (because it was so messy), he didn't want to get out of his highchair because he liked it with no tray!

Manon!!

Hello!  Sorry I have been so lame!  We have been so busy!  Here a brief update of what we have been doing!  These are pictures of us with our foreign exchange student from France!  Her name is Manon (pronounced Ma known, kind of).  We had a great time with her!  She stayed with us about 2 weeks.  She had a great time in America.  She tried to teach us some French, mostly unsuccessfully and we tried to communicate in English!  And, she brought us lots of cool things from France (like the picture above), this is very French she told us.  It is foie gras I will let you look up what it is!  It actually reminded me a lot of cream cheese.  She also brought us escargot.  We didn't have time to have the escargot but hopefully she will come back in August and cook it for us!!  Right Manon!

Well it has been awhile. These pictures are from last month. We went to the Youth Worker's Conference in Southern California and we able to stop by David's family for a few days on the way home. It is a great park it has a pond, ducks, and play equipment. It was kind of cold, as you can tell (it was in the evening), but it was a lot of fun. We went back the next day when is was nice and warm.
